What are your class/session times?
How many sessions can I attend per week? 
You can attend as many sessions as you want to. Of course, the more you come the faster you’ll reach your goal. The goal is 2-3 workouts at the facility per week.
What will the workouts be like? 
Every day is different. It is normal to be a little nervous. Just remember everyone is there for the same reason. At any time if you feel like you need to take a short break please do. Your stamina will get better over time. All sessions are 45 minutes.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Absolutely! All workouts can be completed at your pace. We have clients of all fitness levels. Of course, we're there to push you beyond your comfort zone but you can take a break at any time.
What should I wear and bring? ?
Wear some comfortable workout clothing and shoes. I would bring a bottle of water, sweat towel AND most importantly a positive attitude.
